Welcome to PartOfTheDay. These Membership Terms of Service (“Membership Terms”) govern your participation in our membership programs, including Standard Member, Premium Member, and VIP Member. By joining any membership plan, you agree to these terms.

1. Membership Plans

PartOfTheDay currently offers the following membership options:

Premium Members will receive additional benefits, including but not limited to:

VIP Members will receive all Premium benefits, plus:

2. Eligibility

To become a member, you must:

3. Membership Fees

  • Standard Member is free.
  • Premium Member and VIP Member require a recurring monthly subscription.

4. Automatic Renewal

Paid memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize PartOfTheDay to charge your selected payment method for future renewal payments.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid membership at any time through your account dashboard.

After cancellation:

  • Your membership benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • No future payments will be charged.
  • Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

Membership subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may only be provided when required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of PartOfTheDay.

  • Technical issues affecting deal availability
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Third-party payment processing issues

Membership benefits are provided on an “as available” basis.
